Version 0.9 Update

- Marbles can now be piled on the bowl, game isn't over until a marble hits the table

- Dropper held marble no longer collides with marbles

- Raised the height of the dropper slightly

- Added difficulty indicator and Main Menu button to game screen

- Bowl now vanishes on game over, spilling the marbles on the table

- Cooldown removed on marble dropping

- Slam is now far more effective.
